In an effort to develop regional markets, ALC Micro has established four production warehouses located across Canada. ALC Micro offers an array of PC based hardware that included a complete selection of AOpen PC componenets, AOpen Custom PCs which are fully CSA certified. In addition to AOpen products, ALC Micro carries Acer notebooks, Acer servers, Acer workstations, LG's opitcal products, monitors. In 1998, ALC Micro was authorized by AOpen America to be their designated Canadian Channel assembler of AOpen Custom PCs. Due to this prestigious program, ALC Micro has received direct support of vendors like Microsoft (given ALC Micro "Gold Member" designation), 3COM, Maxtor and other manufacturers. As a Channel-assembly partner, ALC Micro also has direct access to AOpen's engineering support and marketing programs. It's strategic partnership with AOpen America and chanel partners over the years are instrumental in the development of many successful business relationships with corporate and educational institutions across Canada.

ISO 9002 Registered Company On Nov.04, 1999, ALC Micro was audited by its ISO registar - Quality Management Institute (QMI). Upon successful completion of that ISO 9002 Quality System Audit, ALC Micro achieved and demonstrated that its quality management system is in compliance with ISO 9002 - 1994 series of standards. The scope of registration applies to the manufacture of micro-computer systems and distribution of computer hardware, peripherals and packaged software. An Official Certificate was issued to honor this milestone achievement.
